Established in 2016, Herts Youth Inclusive Football is a Community Group run by representatives and volunteers from affiliated football clubs across Hertfordshire.
Herts Youth Inclusive Football – About Us
Herts Youth Inclusive Football aims to create opportunities for players of all abilities to get involved in football and provide inclusive teams the opportunities to play matches. HYIF help clubs to develop their inclusive teams and also aims to create a clearer development pathway for players to progress in their football.
Herts Youth Inclusive Football provides a valuable social platform for children and young adults to enjoy sport, meet up with friends and have fun. There are opportunities for players to play matches at premiership clubs and also represent Watford FC Inclusive and play for Herts Youth Inclusive Football.

We were proud to receive the Herts FA Community Project of the Year 2018 award and continue to grow a sustainable provision for pan disability football in Herts.

Funding
We continue to fundraise and are always keen to hear from any companies or foundations looking to sponsor our activities. We work closely Watford FC CSE Trust, Herts FA and for the 2021/22 season have funding from Kids In Sport and The Football Foundation, but to be sustainable, we need to continue to raise funds. Please get in touch with us if you think you can help in any way.
COVID-19
We are still following protocols to ensure our players, coaches, volunteers and spectators stay safe in relation to COVID-19.
Each tournament or event we arrange for 2021/22, we will specify the guidelines in line with the FA, venue and club or organisation hosting the event.
